Landed new job!!!!!!

thanks for all the kind words fella's. its been a stressful week so far. my current employer counter offered me $4 per hour to stay in my current position but i think its time for me to move on. im excited to move on but it is also a bit of a nerve racking process. I will be staying with my current employer for the next month because i have to finish projects that have been sold to my new employer. its an uncomfortable position to be in thats for sure.
 
Same thing happened where I work. People weren't happy and things weren't being done that were promised. Lost 3 guys. Tried counter offering but it was too little too late. Now they are realizing what they had.
