Man, I’ve done this numerous time but I’ve drawn a blank on installing lap belt retractors. Anyone steer me toward a YouTube on how to do it?

I believe...
Wind the adjuster up a number of turns.
Fold the belt in half
Put it through the metal loop then feed one part of the belt (where it's folded in half) through the two tangs
Let it retract.
