I have a 70 Dart Swinger that had 5/16 fuel lines. Redoing the car complete and wondering if I put in 3/8 fuel lines with sending unit. The motor has been blueprinted. Running a 750 double pumper for carb, headers etc. Would it be a big deal or would I have trouble later on.

No problem. But do realize that the sending unit is still 5/16. So fuel flow is limited at the start point. You can find sending units that are 3/8 in size.

Bigger fuel lines are like bigger brakes. There's no downside to either of them, even if you don't necessarily need them right now.
