I'm here Fred . Been busy ! Mother fell down , broke her hip had surgery and is in rehab now. She is 89 and has alzheimers pretty bad , dosen't recognize me most of the time . Terrible disease .

Oh Mike...so sorry to hear that. Alzheimer's is bad enough to deal with and now this.
It really is a bad disease and hard on everyone. Take care.

Just had a hell of a storm roll through. Dumped 3 inches of wet snow in as many hours. Visibility was about a hundred feet there for a while. All clear now. Got some shoveling to do.

I remember an old book by some reporter news guy. Can't remember his name or can I find the book but it is called "50 to eternity", I think. It was about just that.

It's been sunny all day but cold. It was -15 and felt like -24 this morning but hasn't warmed up much. Haven't even stuck my head out the door today.

I didn't start falling apart till I was 55, to many kids to take care of but is catching up fast. lol
