Anything over 11 years old can get permanent tags here. Just pay double the regular price one time. Thats just about everything I own. lol. All RV's get permanent tags. The wifes 14 rav4 cost less than $200 last year. Now property tax... thats a different story.
Ok sooo what’s your property tax ?

$2400 1/3 acre. 2200 sq ft house with small atatched garage. 24x32 shop. well and septic. Put $1200 into a new pump for the septic last year. Waiting for the well pump to quit.
That bill will be split with my neighbor as we share the well. Not too bad but ALWYAYS going up. And now my city has implemented a resort tax.

this is a picture of the farm I had 6 years ago and a total of 80 acres that tax on the whole works was $300 a year. Ya all are getting screwed I think. It may be cold here but we'll worth it to me.

Agriculture property is WAAAY cheaper around here than residential and commercial properties. I'm okay with that.

Your in a great area the problem I think is to many people are finding out about it and screwing it up. Would love to live there not much better.

Get ya one way or another.
I have 150' by 150' lot with my garage and a single wide mobile and pay 500 a year tax on it.
I'd love to pay that. We have a 58x138 lot with a 1000sq/ft house and a 22x24 garage detached and we're paying 4400 a year for taxes but we do have a sidewalk in front of our house LOL

Is that because the wheels are still attached to the mobile Fred? The taxes are low on a mobile here as well unless the wheels are removed then it's considered permanent then BEND OVER!!

You don't need tags on the Scamp? I like that idea but 18 bucks a year isn't bad either.
Paid $80 to licence them both when I got them but never again have to put tabs on them.
Wish they would do that with people when we retire not to pay taxes but that will never happen.

Ok now your making me jelious my city tax with rebate is 3000 per year house was built in 61 and 66x125 foot lot , plus I pay water ,sewer , garbage on top of that I’m feeling a little sore in the rear right now ......:BangHead:
I pay water and sewer as well and our lots are almost the same Biff. We do get 500 bucks off for being seniors as well. Our garbage is free (4bags maximum) every 2 weeks and free recycling and yard waste

Helped a friend replace his back window in his old Ford ranger pick up tonight and spent more time goofing off than working.
Had a great time but that's what life is all about helping each other out and enjoying doing the work and just hanging out.

We have a 61x125 ft lot, 1100 sq ft bungalow, built in 1960 with a 24x30 detached garage, paid just around $3600.00 property tax, plus sewer and water is around $100/month, 1 garbage can every 2nd week.
Tags are $80.00 per vehicle, I could get permanent on the Ventura and the Dart, but that would limit the use of them. Insurance is $143.00 for the Ventura and $90.00 for the Dart. My 1990 Bronco is under $600.00 and wife's 2002 Taurus is about $650.00 to insure. The 2004 Grand Marquis I bought a month ago is around $600.00.
