Just got in. Replaced the tilt cylinders on the loader. I had to run for parts to 4 different Tractor Supply locations. That ate up 4 hours of work time but they are done now.

Dam it guys I'm still awake and missed the game. and no FOG no time to get the broken bolts out.
Still soaking my bolts.
Hey CF you got any gum drops in the candy van?

Last ... haven’t heard that for a while ! ! ! (Smiley face emoji)

Did you see him get it in the face with puck , he just stood there , any body see that then he checked his teeth
Johnny Bower used to get that all the time and he never wore a mask. Stitched him up and back on the ice. Nothing stopped that guy. He sure never got paid the ridiculous wages the guys get paid today, not even the equivalent.

Some of the pictures from yesterday. Perfect weather, great food and lots of it, open bar, live band. we left at 11:30 and got home just after midnight. Nice wedding Mark did you save me some cake?

Fred is right they have good tools. It is sad that Mac does not have the support it did when I started wrenching because they have good tools also. I remember when Matco walked in the shop around 1990. I went on the truck and saw the sockets were made overseas and said no thank you.

Mac tools are good still have some, I have a 1/4 drive air ratchet that I bought years ago and it still works great.

Yep the snap on tool boxes are nice though (I have two )....ones from the 90s and one I just bought it’s 30in deep makes a huge difference 54in long and 45in high

I bought my first Snap-on box in mid 70's. My first socket set was a MAC Tools 1/4" drive and came in a red metal box. (This is when I started in the auto glass trade in 1966) I still have them and still work good. I also have Snap-on tools as well. I've called up the company several times and told them what the problem is and they have sent me a new one in the mail no questions asked. They stand behind them but you pay more but the tool feels good in the hand. I also have some Grey Tools and Herbrand as well. They are long gone I'm sure but good tools. Canadian Tire and Husky are ok but they stand behind them as well but just don't have the same feel in your hand.

What a dull dreary day. Threatening rain so several car show have been cancelled. My wife and I went downstairs and hung some mirrors and pictures etc. Small things left to do but not much. Planning on doing a major clean-up down there once everything is completed.
