No.....We are allowed but if you bend the car past the point of breaking the cap it can break the trans bellhousing. I use it as a fail safe for the trans. We do beat the firewall in to make room for it.

Good I would guess that parts are a lot cheaper and you can get every part you need at Wal Mart.

My stock A arms will not adjust to get my alignment square so looks like the way to go.
