Hey guys I'm back online once more.
The new computer is really fast.
Heading to a car show tonight just not at the funeral home as it's busy but this is a good one also.
Got all the water spots off the Cuda and my shoulders sure knew about.
Hard time getting to sleep last night even after taking Tylenol and Advil.
Probably have to wax it now.
Got a family reunion on Sunday OH YAY!!!
Anyway... have a great evening
You been busy Mark Ya need some down time I think.

My oldest granddaughter is getting married next month and moving into a new home and needed a snow blower, so I dug my old one out that has been setting for 2 years and did a few pulls with the pull start and then turned on the key and it fired right off.
Old John Deere with a Chinese 5 HP I put on it over 10 years ago and works great.

looks like a cousin of the 8hp Bolens I got from the neighbors dumpster

at one time, there were 13 derelicts in the shed. they just kept following me home! one I use now was a garbage pick-up from down the street that matched the one my boss gave me when he got a new one. great to have exact spare parts!

I made one out of spare parts and used it for many years.
I finally gave it to a friend for his cottage and still running today.
Apparently it's starting to burn some oil but still runs like a top.
Can't beat the old Briggs and Stratton or Tecumseh

Morning guys.
They are calling for some rain but still heading to the big car show today.
They have a car show in the downtown area when this car show.
I don't go to that one, some nice cars of course but too many drunks and druggies down there.
Have a great weekend

Morning guys.
It was a fantastic day at Autofest yesterday.
The weather held off as well so it was perfect.
They even had a portable dyno there.
Guys would open the header and do a pull and that was music to my ears.
Had to laugh when I guy drove up on it with his VW Bug. A whopping 35 hp haha
I've taken pictures but with this new changeover I have to figure out how to download them.
I was dead tired when I got home from all the walking and slept for an hour at least.
Slept like a baby overnight though.
So we have the reunion today, I can't wait!!!
Did I tell you I hate these things? haha
Hope you guys have a better day then I'll be having

Well, try and have a good time Mark.

Went to a show about 30 miles east yesterday, great turnout of cars, most of which I have seen and posted before, but here's a few that caught my eye.

Some F series trucks for Jim, hope you are feeling a little better today buddy.

All of the trucks are BBF powered, from 390 to 557 cube mills.
The two Fairlane fastbacks I've never seen before, white one has a 302 and a/c, green one has a 429 4 speed.
Black 66 Beaumont is a 454 5 speed, very clean and straight.

If you've ever watched Rust Valley Restorers, you may have seen an episode or two that featured J.F. Launier, he has a shop that builds very high dollar custom cars, has won a few major awards on the show circuit including I believe at least one Ridler and several GoodGuys awards.
He and his wife were the featured guests

Thanks for thinking of me, Randy! And some nice looking trucks there as well!

Doc wouldn’t put me on a Z-pac again, so I’m taking a drug cocktail that alternately cranks me up, and then kicks my *** not much later. He said I have a “good chance” of making it to the wedding, but it all depends on how much rest I get, how much fluids I take…you know the drill.

Wedding is for my wife’s niece, and since she (my wife) says that I “WILL” be there, I’m not doing much more than reading, napping, showering, and coughing up lung oysters, so that I can be there for her.

Called the boss and took the whole week off as well.

Stay healthy, my friend!

When hunting the local National Forest during Deer Season :elmer:, we spent as much time looking for PVC pipe hidden amongst the bushes as we did lookin' for Deer sign. Chances were that that PVC was irrigating an illegal grove and it probly had armed guards  .

My wife and I took our dogs to Waterton Lakes National Park today. The park borders Glacier National Park on the Montana side and is a very spectacular place. The water was absolutely crystal clear and nice and warm.

Two of them will let the other one go after the stick and do all the work, then when the opportunity presents, they try to steal the stick and run off with it. The female, the blonde one, gets really pissed off when the youngest one does it to her, she will tolerate the old guy doing it, to a point, it's usually her or the old guy that goes and gets the stick, 90% of the time.
