Just watched a grad parade, bunch of old and new cars , couple wake board boats filled with kids , prom tonight!

The green Super Bee belongs to the original owner. He got married, went on his honeymoon, brought his kids home from the hospital etc etc. Nice car.

It was a great turnout considering it is a long weekend. Sure was hot on the asphalt though. The 50/50 was almost 600 bucks plus the food drive filled a shopping cart. Not sure if the blue Camaro was a true COPO or a tribute car but still the 427 4 speed.

Morning Fred.. yeah we had a good time. I also stopped at another one on the way home. Not a car show but a gathering. One guy got nailed for laying 150' of rubber. He got fined 110 bucks. He's got a 65 Chevy truck that is all tubed out, 4 link and a very healthy big block. The cop told him you have two choices.. I can nail you with stunt driving (5000 dollar fine), dangerous driving (huge increase in insurance)and impound your truck (pay for towing and storage) and lose your license for 30 days or pay 110 for unnecessary noise. You can guess what direction he went. I think if I was the cop I'd just give him a warning but that's just me. The owner is a decent guy and knows better to do that in the city but just decided to get silly.

At least the cop was decent about it and if he was driving the truck I bet he would do the same just for fun.
