Morning Mark, Had a short walk this morning to cold.
gonna pull the gas tank on the scamp today, and passengers door latch looks like I have to drill it out. Other than that only front suspension and rear end left.

Coming right along then. Are the heads worn off the door latches or can you use the hot wrench on them?
nope I stopped before I striped them, let them soak in penetrating oil over night.
I took the back glass out yesterday had to cut it out it was glued in real good.
2 spots of rust holes not bad and thank god there not in the corners. Easy fix.

The glass wouldn't come out even after you unlocked the lock strip? That's not normal.
back glass didn't have a lock strip thought that odd.

You can fix that with a brown paper bag and ringing her doorbell after lighting it.

I hit your build thread and really enjoyed the innovation. You had me at the manifold welding session! I love welding aluminum. And the tranny tunnel hammer fit was classic. Not sure I am quite healed yet from MCB! Hah.
