Hey Fred, did you get anywhere in your sunroof gasket. I cant believe how hard it is to find a quarter glass gasket for a 65 Impala. I think I'll have to make it out of some modern windshield trim. I'm gonna have my glass guy help me set the back glass. He'll probably charge me the same as I'll have to pay for the materials to do it myself.

I think I will do the same on my sunroof gasket BP I can't find anything.
Your glass guy has probably been doing glass for a long time I would guess I would do the same thing.

I've let a lot of windshield primer go bad under my watch. That's some weird stuff. I have used it a lot in places that the painter missed or couldn't reach with his primer gun.

What is all this Birthday noise? You know darn good and well your Birthday is the same as mine. November 10 Hah ! Have a great day and be safe!

SLO I like your new pic. I hope you put that on your car.

I never had anyone prime or prep my work I did it all but paint.
Windshield primer sure doesn't last long for sure.

Ya, it's pretty frustrating to weld in a whole uniside in and have it come back to the body side and the whole inside is bare steel. It's actually giving me anxiety right now. Those painters flag way to many hours to not do a complete job. I blame the shop owners. I call them booth babies. A bunch of primadonnas. And then send it back to the paint shop for them to just rattle can it and now I'm the bad guy.
