To damn cold here to do anything but stay in the house and try to stay warm. 40 below wind chill and sunny I guess the best thing to do is figure out my taxes for last year that should warm me up. lol

Not in North Dakota FOG I'm lucky to find anything that might be big enough to grab onto when I stand and pee. if I can't find it my leg gets wet so I sit and pee and hope it lands in the toilet. LOL

Dang wind is whipping again. The news said it hit 80 mph the morning a tree landed on my house. At least i know my house is strong. A little unnerving nonetheless.

I think wind is the most dangerous part of a storm.

We dug a little deeper yesterday. Patched it from the inside. Great idea from the contractor. I was experiencing tunnel vision thinking I could mitigate water damage from the outside. One of the rafters cracked pretty good.
Damned wind. It's scary again.

Did I tell you guys my wife was in the room where the tree fell. She got dusted with debris. Messed with her head pretty good. She was in shock for a while. We aint having fun right now.

The main thing is that you didn't get hurt or worse. The house can be repaired.
