Would be OK but my luck has been real bad with rebuilt power steering boxes and pumps the last 2 years. The last power steering box almost put me in the ditch driving down the road when a seal failed and caused the pressure to go to the left. I just don't trust them anymore after that.
I paid 200 for mine and trying to save a few bucks but should bite the bullet and just go new.
I ran out of money and no work to buy stuff for a bit. Body work has been real slow so been sitting around the house waiting for some work.
First hail storm this year and I will be good.

How's the car coming along now Fred? How much do you have before painting it?
Lots of primer and blocking but that's the easy part. The bare body could be ready in 2 weeks easy. I should be able to have the whole car painted and back together before next spring.

Not gonna rush it Mark and cash flow is what is slowing me down or most of the painting would be done by now. Color is on the new GM Denalli going red pearl. Yea I know changed my mind again.

I just paid $10 an ounce for some PPG DBC and it was blue. Like a Petty Blue.

I did a little research. Seems consolidation is the culprit. Big companies cornering the markets, Not neccesarily paint companies but the commodities.
Looks like if you own the market then you can control the price.
Yea got it just like in the oil field the producer can't regulate the price he just gets whatever the market will pay.
