My son in laws dad is up here from Boise Idaho and spent the day with me. We had a great time driving the old truck around and just bull shitting. Life is good......

Just talked to my pilot friend. He was telling me how to stay out of class B airspace and not needing a radio. You'll be fine, just stay close to the mountains.

Funny... He said once you hit Cutbank, just follow Highway 2 and hug the mountains. Of course weather has a lot to do with that. Flathead valley is big. You will know when you see it. Follow Columbia mountain to the South to the airport. If you didn't follow Columbia Mountain you would fly right over my house while heading west. He would love to talk to your son. He is 80 years old and still flying. I ask him if he is still flying and he always says... not since this morning. LOL

The weather is supposed to change around Monday. Colder. I know that really messes with the wind with those big temperature changes but I have not heard anything being drastic.
We can walk to some restaurants from the airport. You and Sam will probably be wanting to do a little walking at that point.

Morning guys. Working on the Cuda today. Replace the pinion seal, change oil, still have an anti-freeze leak at the thermostat. Going to my friend's place for 9am.
Remember the two guys they have been looking for in Northern Manitoba? They found their bodies yesterday in a heavily wooded area. No word yet how they met their demise but at least the people can now relax knowing their are no longer a threat.

Big car show/swap meet Fri/Sat. Bothwell Ontario , looks like a great weekend weather wise. Get that thermostat leak fixed Mark . This is what I used I even used it on my frost plugs when I installed them. Works great ! Old school..lol You remember that saying I use that s**t on everything.
