You guys forgot John boy. Morning guys. Went to bed at 10 and woke up up 5:50 with no "P" for me...slept right through. It's raining hard with thunder and lightning this morning. Going to rain most of the day I believe. Dr is taking me off the Prednizone over the next 5 days so happy about that.

Only us old farts would remember that one Fred lol. Is it a big job to re and re the dash? Never done one on a "A" body before. Did a lot on GM crap during my days at the dealership.
Dash is easy Mark but the windshield needs to be out. I changed the heater core a few years ago and was a piece of cake. I think the hard part for me will be rewiring the engine bay since I did away with the big plugin in the bulkhead.
Well change of plans old mother Hubbard cubbards are bare. So going to have to do that 4 letter word. SHOP.

Well reckon I am the token Johnboy! Morning all. Life is returning to some semblance of normal after wife’s father passing. I am going to run out to paint shop and check on the nonprogress. I am determined to drive it to Mopars in the Park next year. Paint or no paint.
Yep don't blame you John If nothing else I'll come over and we can get it ready for paint and take it to a Macco or what ever that cheap paint place is called. They can do a nice job we can just get the good paint and let them just spray it. should only take them a day to do it.
Well the out side of the car in a day. Forgot about the jambs and under hood.

I woke up this morning to thunder and lightning and been raining all day and hasn't stopped once. Grass needed it though. Haven't even stuck my head out the door.

I think part of the issue is the high ground/lake water levels we have this year
Part if its that drainige ditch was grown over with weeds
Part of it was the neighbours who added a ton of sand to level their yard out (which pushed the water into mine)
Part of it was that sump pump i mentioned not being there
In sure in a mont or so it will be frozen solid
But next year i need to budget in landscaping, or a culvert or something

Shopping done and didn't think about dinner tonight because just me the boy is working at the restaurant and will eat there. Made a bowl of my famous canned tomato soup. I should sleep without fluffing the covers tonight. lol
