This is the day my life got easier.

Supposed to start snowing in the morning, then the temps drop like a rock. Single digits. You guys up North don't have to be that nice to me. Maybe it's all these primaries in Northern locations creating a ridge of hot air, disrupting our polar ridge, sending cool, Artic air my direction:

Morning Fred... Going to be hovering around 0c (32F) and sunny all day but then some snow tonight then the temps go right down the shitter for two days. Got our daughter's family coming on Sat for her oldest son's birthday. 12 yrs old. I think it's sunny all weekend so should be good to travel. Have a good one buddy

Always good to have the family over hope the weather holds out for the weekend.
 
Found a picture of me when I was working at a carpet manufacturing plant. I was a fixer/operator on the tufting machines. Worked there for 12 years. This picture was in the local newspaper. My 15 minutes of fame LOL.

Damn youngest boy went to see his girl friend and never made it back home last night.
He always lets me know what he is doing and when he will be home but not this time.

big machine for sure would think it broke down a lot with all the stitching it does.

It wasn't that bad really as long as we set them up right. The odd needle would go bad or break a looper that grabs the yarn when the needle comes down to make a loop in the carpet. I can't remember how many linear yards we would make in one shift, too many years have gone by. We also had a double machine that made two rolls at once. Interface Flooring is based out of LaGrange Georgia.

I use to be a salesman in a flooring store and was always amazed on how well they could create a pattern in carpet. I guess that's why it's not cheep.
