-35C here this morning. Stars twinkling. Sure glad I don’t have to go anywhere this morning. Water lines here a buried 8’ min. Last time I had frozen pipes was in the mobile, installed a 240v construction heater under mobile and when the temperature would drop to -30 I’d turn it on no problem after that.
Have electric heat tape on mine but I'll dig out the propane blaster if I need to. Think it's the town water tank that's froze and not mine.
Happens about once a year so use to it.

Careful with the propane have seen guys burn themselves out with it. Electric heaters I think are a little safer, slower but safer. My opinion

I agree and I should get an electric heater.

We've been quite lucky really Fred. Very little snow actually which is fine with me. Has been quite windy at times so guess we're due. Will be -8c today but sunny.
Happy not going to work day my friend lol
It's nice staying home and tinkering in the garage. Almost feel guilty. lol
