Yep same here. :BangHead:
Maybe I'm just getting soft and spoiled. Thirty years ago, I would have probably been laying on my back under a Mopar, lowering a Torqueflite onto my chest before sliding it off of me, rolling out from under the car, and then dragging the trans out from under. Things like a floor jack, a lift, a building, have all spoiled me and made me soft. Lol

I'm still dragging the transmission out by hand but not going to happen anymore.

I screwed something up in my back. Fifth day in a row of being in pain. Not sure if it's getting better, or if I'm just growing used to it, because it doesn't hurt as much as it did before
Being a bricklayer I have always had sciatica, made my self a hanger were I would hang by my knees feet hooked under a 1X4. I would hang upside down then when my muscles would fatigue there would be an audible pop. Took about 15 minutes Used this for most of my working career. Kept me pain free. Not saying it will work for you but.

Wow good idea.

71 Swinger. Drag car since 1976. Was an ultra low budget car. Extensively gutted. Full Lexan. Cage. Mini tubs. Putting it on the street, so swapping doors for ones that haven't been cut so extensively that they won't accept stock glass. Going back to all stock glass. Quarters were cut to clear a 31 by 12.5 slick on an uncut B body rear. Patching them back in with sections from a donor car. The list goes on and on, but suffice to say that there will be parts from at least 14 different A bodies, two B bodies, and who knows what all else. Definitely a hodge podge.

Morning guys.
Going to my Rheumatologist this morning. Last time I saw him was back in Dec the day before I fractured my shoulder so should be a big surprise for him. After that I go for an EKG so a busy morning.
Rain this afternoon though.
Have a great day
