Wish I could be there, one show that I have wanted to check out for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately I can't afford to go, hope you have a great time and good luck with the sale Fred.

when I take beauty to New Hamburg ( MOPARFEST), we are forbidden to bring a BBQ there. Kinda sucks, but i understand

Would be nice to see you there someday. Many of the guys on FABO are there and we have a great time at the show and even the hotel parking lot at night.

I imagine that it would be very much like what I experienced on the Hot Rod Power Tour, every night in the hotel pool or parking lot filled with beers and bench racing. Amazing days on the highway with so many fantastic cars. Still one of the best vacations I've ever had.

My weekend project: Making a form and pouring a new foundation for what is (and soon “was”) the extra door on the shep.

10:30 in the morning and I’m already ringing wet with sweat.
 
Rain hasn't stopped at all.
Saturday might be good.
Lost an old family friend last night. She just turned 71 the other day.
I remember the day she was born.
Everyone has a best before date.

She’s doing great, Fred! And thank you for asking! Had her one week follow up last Tuesday, and the Doc ok’d her to drive, as the surgery was on the left foot. She and her crutches are over in St Paul today visiting some friends, so it’s just me, the dogs, and the dirt holding down the fort here.

Washed the dust off the old truck today, and squeaky clean. Well maybe not real clean but squeaky for sure.

She’s looking good, hope you get your money for her. Don’t know if I could sell my A. Got blood and my old man roots in there. Plan is to let my two boys fight over who gets which car would like to be there when that happens

The old truck has no family ties so not a big deal but if it was my dad's I would never sell it.

Understand. Hold the light so I can see what I’m doing, amongst other other orders like hold this right here. As a kid wasn’t to much fun but reflecting on it makes me smile
