My wife made PBR’s beef tips and gravy recipe this evening. I didn’t stop for lunch today, so I was really hungry….

Now someone’s gonna have to roll me into the bedroom, cuz I’m stuffed!!

Thanks for great recipe, John.

I told the cute sweet little girl to "keep the difference" I knew I was challenging her learning. lol. She said "does that mean keep it all?"

Bah you got sheeting and VB done attic properly vented. Don’t worry about it, it will just cost a little more for heat. First winter in my shop only VB on ceiling. Burned a **** pile of wood only heated it when I needed it. After 30 years I still have one wall that’s insulated VB with no sheeting. Like the old man told me when I pulled that old mobile home in here. Now you got a place if you need to use a **** house so be it the rest will come.
I’m more concerned about condensation and rust than I am about a heating bill. I ran out of time to have a NG line run out to the building, and while I could get a propane conversion kit and a tank for the furnace, I can’t see keeping the space at 55* when parts of the ceiling are uninsulated, as I’d need an awfully big tank.

And if I warm the space up, and then let it cool down, and then warm it up again (etc, etc), it’s just gonna rain in there every time that warm humid air hits that cold ceiling. Not to mention the cold tools (IOW: rust).

I’ll be pulling all of the trucks in next weekend and I’ll put them up for a long winters nap. Again.

And after that, I need a break. Or a good long vacation. Somewhere peaceful, and warm, with nothing that needs fixing.

I've seen those "raining" roofs ruin paint jobs. Good call.

I have to think I have a very organic garden. I have a killer composting system and never use fertilizers or pesticides. Well, I do use neem oil.
