My bride is a nurse and she was excellant.

Well it's been sunny but very windy and the snow was swirling all over.
At least if was light snow and the blower walked right through it.
The snow was shooting a long way especially with the wind behind it.

-27C here in the peg. Clear skies, not quite snap the icicle off the end of it yet but getting close. Feel good to be able to report the shop is still a balmy 70 F. Just think still 7 days be for we get to winter. Make it a good one guys

Currently sitting at 30*f now and forecast high of 50* today, and 54* tomorrow, but that will bring winds up to 50 mph too. That part I can do without.

Afternoon guys.
-8 and feels like -16 with the windchill.
Nice and sunny though.
Well, the tree is up and my wife is decorating it now.
It comes in three pieces and it's prelit so that's half of it done

Those are my three jobs as well:
* Get the tree up,
* Get the lights up, and
* Get the hell outta the way!

One tree done (indoors), and I’m just now going to start on the lights on the outdoor trees.

And thank your having a pre-lit tree, as those make WONDERFUL trees after the lights don’t work and someone throws it up on CL (for free!) outta frustration! We’ve gotten two of them this way, both of which are now used as outdoor decorations.

Another cold one.
Some sad entertainment news this morning.
Rob Reiner and his wife were found dead in their home. Stabbed by their son. Unbelievable!!!
And I'm sure everyone has heard about what happened on Bondi Beach in Australia.
What is wrong with people these days? Why so much hate in the world?
We all bleed red but because someone is different (colour or religion etc) that makes them a target?
This world needs to do a 180 and get real!!!
