I don't think it would fit if I leave it in place.
I remove the original rubber bushing already.
And thoughts on this is appreciated.
There is no way it will fit so I'll remove it

^^^ this.Just a FYI, when you remove that sleeve the eye of the spring will close some making it a bear to get the new bushing in.
I used an air chisel to open it back up then remove the tool and leave the chisel in place.
One of the times the chisel shot out and went flying.
Be careful.
Thanks for spotting that.I'm sure you know what you're doing but I personally wouldn't set that part of the frame on the jack stand.

I placed it there to paint only. I'm not doing any mechanical work in that position.
