leaky 904 tranny oil pan

Any ideas on how to fix tranny oil pan leak on my 904? I have changed the pan gasket 3 times and still leaks. What is better cork or rubber? What kind of sealant should I use, I have tried a lot of them. Just looking for suggestions Thanks, Stoke

YES! Get that new gasket and your troubles with leaking will be over. I just did mine a month ago and it works GREAT! Don't use ANY sealant.

Also if you have a steel pan check it with a straight edge to make sure its good and flat. big waves are good for surfing but not for sealing.

Also make sure and torque the pan after re-assembly. That way you get all the bolts tightened equally so you don't warp the pan or ruin the gasket by over tightening it.
