Left Right spindle swap for sway bar

Got new spindles from Dr Diff, appear to be same as factory. Heard you need to swap side to move calipers to the back to fit LCAs with sway bar tabs? Noticed his are marked L and R …’69 dart swinger 340, 68-72 K frame, ‘73 BBP front discs. TIA!

You only need to swap sides for the '72 and earlier sway bar & lower control arms. In '73 they changed the bar design to clear the new front mounted calipers.
The calipers switch sides too, otherwise you end up with the bleeders on the bottom of the calipers.
