Left turn Indicator

I have a weird situation that I need some advice on.
I repaired the cluster including cleaning the PCBs, re-soldering harness connector pins and installing all new bulbs.

The right turn signal works fine but not the bulbs behind the ammeter.
The bulbs behind the temp/fuel gauges work great but no left turn indicator.

Contact issues at the connectors or inadequate grounding.
May even be in the signal switch itself, since they use small spring steel wires to alternate between contacts.

If LED's, they can only go in the socket one way and work.
