Carter 4639SA is is an AVS (Air Valve Secondary) carburetor originally equipped on 1968-1969 Barracuda and Dart with 340, automatic transmission, and air conditioning.

Metering rods = 16-160, primary jet = 120-489, and secondary jet = 120-398.

The pictured brackets are hood pin supports for 1970 - 1974 'Cuda.

#2 are the hardware for Go Wing or Gull Wing studs, like you suspected. You drop the wing studs thru the holes in the deck lid. Then you screw the flanged (shouldered) nuts up against the bottom of the deck lid. Then you mount the support brackets to the deck lid by sliding the big holes in the bracket over the studs and flanged nuts. Put the bolts in that hold the support brackets to the bottom of the decklid and then screw those other nuts onto the outside threads on the flanged/shouldered nuts. All that keeps the wing from flopping back and forth on the flimsy sheet metal, by securing it to the thicker support bracket and the bottom portion of the deck lid.

#3 is still a mystery ! Fun rooting through all the bins of parts trying to figure out what is what. But for what I have to pay for this stuff , I have to try to sell everything possible to make it worth while. Lot of time spent researching , looking for part #s. Searching for missing pieces that my be in another bin , or not. Not easy being Cheesy !

That stuff in #3 is obviously a set of something. 6 of each piece. I've seen it before, but not remembering on what. :BangHead: Maybe hardware to hold door glass to a window regulator?

I've pulled more glass than I care to remember! Never seen this before

That's it! I took a luggage rack off a Volare or Aspen wagon many years ago to see if it would work on a 65 Valiant wagon. I knew I'd seen it somewhere, but I've slept since then!

How do you tell if this is for which small block.
Windage tray ?
