It's camping season, let's see what everyone uses for camping, whether it be a tent, Winnebago, or camper van. Carmen and I just bought a 1975 Chevy camper van, which I'll post pics of later. For $800, fully insulated, stove top with oven, fridge, and furnace, with a good running 350, not too bad.

Let's see yours.

I like to ruff it smoothly, just throw in the sleepin bags pillows and some firewood and a cooler with the essentials, hook the boat to the back and grab up the Dodger unit and some food for him and off we go, lotsa kewl places around here to go

Heres mine. Its a Dutchman popup, about 12 years old, had it two years. And my 99 Nissan 4x4 to pull it.

Works out pretty good for me and wifey. haven't been out this summer yet. We were getting it ready for last weekend, but when I hooked up the battery the power converter fried itself. So went on vacation and stayed in a motel instead while the new converter was being shipped. Have the new one installed and everythings working fine. Maybe next weekend.

Pics are from our last outing to Rocky mt national park last years. I'll include pics of some of the locals.

Heres our setup, old and new....

For the past 10 years we have been using our trusty popup, but Nella just got too big to carry through the door safely. Man, the door was only about 2' wide, and she is about 2'1" wide. So, last year we bought this...

2008 29' Outback Toy Hauler. It's the only toy hauler we've seen with the front garage/ side entry setup, which is perfect for Nell to just drive right in. We've used it for the past year and it's working out great. And just think, in 9 more years of "easy" monthly payments, it'll be all ours!!

We did sell the popup for what we paid for it way back when, $900.00, and we kept it in immaculate condition. The new owners are very happy with it, and it's perfect for their young family!! Geof

I like to camp under the stars...mostly during hunting season.

Sometimes I build a lean-to if I need one but I like to travel light and don't like to carry or clean up a bunch of crap.

Not exactly camping but fun none the less! And Pulled with this!

Tent with an AC Memike ?
That thing must be like an igloo !!!!!

This is what the wife and I and our black lab "Scooby" go camping in and to haul my Can-Am Renegade 800 and the wifes Yamaha Wolverine to atv trails. Oh and sometimes I get to use it for hunting, That is why the Polaris Ranger is in this picture.

I usually sleep I'm my wagon, but I want to get a small tent trailer to tow behind!

Sorry about the blurry cell phone picture. Here is my 26' Wilderness Camper. It is 25 yrs old but I am the 2nd owner and it has always been taken care of and just repainted. I have since re- striped it and just yesterday returned home from a two week camping trip to the KOA!!!!! I worked both weeks from the campsite but it was fun to kind of get away,
