Lifter question

I have a 67 barracuda with a 273 2bbl,how to know if it has solid or hydraulic lifters ?

Pull the valve covers and look.

Pull a valve cover, if adjustable rockers, probably solid, but not guaranteed.
If standard rockers, hydraulic lifters.

If it's a totally stock original engine, it has solid lifters. Anything could have been changed in the last 55-60 years, so, the only way to know for sure is what 69FBCuda said, take off a valve cover and look. Adjustable rockers, and it's likely a solid lifter setup. I'd get a good light and look down to the actual lifter however, and see if you can see a circlip on the lifter. If you do, it's hydraulic, if not, it's solid.
