Using parts from Langdon's Stovebolts, Mr. Gasket, Lokar and my scrap metal box, I got the linkage built. The car runs great! I'm running two Weber-like 2-barrels, otherwise stock motor. Only got to drive around the neighborhood as it was starting to rain, but pleased with throttle response.

Planned to put headers on but the long A-body headers I found will not fit. Anybody got some shorties they want to trade?

Next project is to clean up the firewall and hide all that wiring.

Note the "cone" I used to hide the ugly PVC baffle on the valve cover.

1935 Dodge Brothers pickup. 225 slant, 904 auto, 8-inch Ford (sorry) rear end. Dropped front axle, disk brakes, Vega-style cross steering. Built as a "high-boy" - stock body height, no fenders.

It's a blast! 2,500 pounds.

This is last summer's picture.
