Lokar throttle cable/kick down

I'd like to use one of these to eliminate the factory bracket and cables...Is there a complete kit to get the throttle cable and kick down cables, and the necessary hardware and brackets? What do you guys use? Where do you get them? Links? Part numbers?
 
I used the lokar kickdown, 24" universal throttle cable, and had to buy the bracket for it to all work together. I think the bracket part was LKR4000? It was really easy to install and set up.

Thanks. Was this all for a small block?
 
Just keep in mind with the TV cable hook up a return spring to the bellhousing from the lever to return it. Good insurance.
