Looking for a pair of 13 inch wheels/tires.

Hey guys, I'm really in need of a set of 13 inch sbp steel wheels and decent tires locally here in Phoenix AZ. Please let me know if you guys have anything.

Not very local, but I have a set here with new tires. Shipping or transport would probably kill any deal. I was thinking $100 for the 4.

I've got one but I'm on the east side of the country. Excellent tire on it also and would be a great spare. I can put it in a box and ship via UPS with no problem. $25 plus the shipping.
