Looking for a running 225 in the Los Angeles area

One of my co-workers just bought a 74 Duster for his son and needs a 225,

I have a 225 / 904 out of a 1968 Dart...would be cost prohibitive to ship I think from KC, MO...but I do have one complete for $150.

If you can wait, they turn up regularly for almost free, including transmission. So many people buy a slant Dart to put a V-8 in it. They lament they couldn't even give their slant & tranny away. You live where ~10% of the U.S. population lives, so shouldn't be a long wait. Long ago in 1994, I got a rebuilt 225 long block for my 69 Dart from a big shop in Chatsworth. Might have been $600 w/ exchange and they checked that my block didn't have a spun bearing.
