Happy Holidays I'm looking for a 340-360 small block complete with or without a 727. I would prefer running and needing to be rebuilt on both. I have a 67 Dart with a 383 and auto in it now and would like to put a small block in. I'm in the central New Jersey area. Thanks Bill

Not what you're looking for but have a rebuilt 318 coupled with a 727 - both 72 vintage.

There is a member in Edison who builds really nice motors at very fair prices. I think he still has a '70 340 block that he could build any way you want. You might want to send him a private message. His user name is Physixx.

Hi Bill. I have an early 360 engine that I can put together for you any way that you would like. It's a rebuildable core right now and am slowly getting the parts to do a complete rebuild. I also have a 727 core that can be redone easily enough.

I'm working with Dave aka 684mulas with his project so that's why he knows about the 70 340 block. I actually put a complete engine together with the block for someone and it's going to Arizona after it's rebuilt.

Anyway, I also have some 340 engine cores also, so if you would like a fresh rebuild on a 340 or the early 360, let me know.

Merry Christmas!

I have a very good running 79 360 and a rebuilt 727. The truck only has 62k original. Trans was rebuilt In Cincinnati by a reputal shop. Previous owner paid 1200 to get the job done. I'll make you a real deal on it for 500.00 cash for everything. I'll keep the oil pan and the mounts. Or I have agood running 318 and 727 that work well for 350.00 Both are cash and I can wait until you get here so you can see them running or I can video them if you wanted them ready when you get here.

I have on in Danbury, CT. Its about 2 hours from Giants Stadium.

Anyway its an 85 360 with a low mileage stock rebuild, maybe an RV cam though? Cross hatching is still on the bores, I took the heads and intake off to see what it had for pistons. Its .040 over, Id like to get 300 for it with the ThermoQuad carb.
