Good morning, here's the specific situation: my 1967 Valiant 2 door post currently has the 1968 molding clips installed with windshield and back glass needs 1967 trim. Does anyone have these items or know where to find them? I've tried Classic Industries, where the clips came from, and jegs. I can't find anything for this application. Thank you.
If I were to go to a wrecking yard, would any other A body models work?

67 is a 1 yr only run around. The correct mfg is Precision Parts for the gasket and lockstrip, they may have the corners as well. Richard @RPM440+6 is a vendor here that may be able to help.

Guys , is this the same rear window setup in 67 as 68??

Is it possible to use the 68 trim on the 67 like the Barracudas??

Thank you. Where could I find the front windshield Molding for a 68 valiant 2 door post? I've already had the clips installed because, well you know they have to go in with windshield install so I'm rollin with it.

AMD(Auto Metal Direct) had repops at one point, chk their website. Also post a want ad on here, someone will have some

Exactly what 4spdragtop said. If you can't find reproduced parts place a Parts Wanted ad here in the Marketplace forums. I am sure someone has some nice usable trim for you.

You can install the 68/69 Valiant stainless trim on a 67, you will need to install clips. Front and rear.
The 67 used a plastic lock-strip without clips, and a different weatherstrip than the 68/69

If your car has clips installed, you will need to locate 68/69 trim and weatherstrip or remove the clips and use the 67 parts.

No mix and match.

67 weatherstrip, 67 lock-strip (no clips)
68/69 weatherstrip, clips, 68/69 stainless trim.
