Loud exhaust ticket with electric car?

On a side note, Coeur d Alene city passed a controversial, probably actually unenforceable, and possible unconstitutional "loud car" law, and wastes taxpayer money by keeping one of the amber flashing signs going downtown warning that loud cars are subject to a 300 dollar fine. At one point they tried to put a low decibel spec into the law, until someone pointed out that many of the people in the very committee were violating the actual sound level spec!!! This of course did not deter the jerks from passing "something."

This is rumored to be because of rich Califrutians moved into various col de sac towers out near NW Blvd.

Watched Leto's Law discuss this. The officer hasn't processed the ticket, 10 weeks in. The offending party can't pay the fine, or take it to court till the officer processes it with the court.

:lol: All the years I figgered a Harley without Drag Pipes was just a waste of gas and rubber. I don't know how they did it, but somehow they have managed to make scooter exhausts louder than Drag Pipes :wtf: How do they make it louder than an open straight pipe? :BangHead::realcrazy:
