It’s a K781 from parts master I purchased over 7 years ago.

Pretty funny application chart. I'd like to see someone install that ball joint on an A100 I-beam front end. Lot's of other bad and/or incomplete info.

Your correct.
This does fit 73 and up disc brake set up A body lower right side. I’m sure of that. (Not a Moog part)
