lower ball joints???????

ok the torsion bars are out the frame is dropped but the only thing thats holding it in is as the title says the lower ball joints i thought i had them disconnected but apparently not so what do i got to do to remove them so i can get this frame out of there to put the new one in??

they bolt up to the backing plate. then the frame should come out
