Rebuilding the lower control arms in my 65 Barracuda. Have new bushings and shaft. My question is the adjuster bolt works great on both sides, but the lever is very tight on one side. Is there a way to free this up.

work a little anti-seize into it, but unless it's really binding, i wouldn't worry too much

you can spray them with liquid wrench or something similar (lots of folks here use something called p-b blaster] and then work the pivot up with the adjuster and down with a rubber hammer until they work freely and then try to work anti-seize or lithium grease into the joint so it moves freely. It should pivot without interference. My biggest worry would be that a big jounce would put the assembly where it is really bound up and stuck while you are driving.
