On the lower back seat, there is two metal tabs with a bolt hole in them. Where do these attach to? Don’t see bolt holes in the floor, but my floor is covered with sound proofing.

Sorry for poor upside down picture.
There is one threaded hole on each side, now you have to find them.
Go underneath the car and poke something sharp (awl) up through the sound deadener from the bottom. That will locate the holes. You may have to muscle the seat a bit to line the tabs up with the holes. It's been a long time but I'm guessing the bolts are 5/16-18 with kinda big washers attached.
