Lugs not staying tight

are you using mag wheel lug nuts or tapered lug nuts?
post some pics of the lug nuts and wheels
 
make sure that the splined shoulder does not extend out past the spindle flange. that could be a possible cause. the lug nut could be bottoming out if that is the case. If you do have the correct stud they may not be seated completely causing the lugs to loosen and or fall off. I had the same problem with my first car 20+ years ago, and it was the studs not being seated completely.
 
With no pictures and no better description, we're lost. I've noticed a pattern with this. Post for help. No pics then suddenly it's "Oh we got it fixed!!" That's BS. How does that help the collective here? How bout some pics so we can HELP you and help someone else maybe in the process?
