magnum rear main seal

Is this installed the correct way, or is it wrong?

This is just a pic. not my motor, but mine is the same way.
It's still on the stand now and no oil pan on it. I can still fix it if it's wrong so if someone knows for sure please let me know.

This is how the felpro instructions stated to put it unless I misunderstood.

I would think if it were the other way around that any pressure would easily flip that smaller lip right over and blow oil right through.

That's why the thicker lip would face the engine IMO.
But I've been wrong before and never made note of how it was before.
That's why I asked. I saw this on moparts and it seems on there that a lot of people base things on opinion, not fact, so I got a little concerned.

I would rather light it on fire than have to take it apart again after finding out it's not right the hard way. LOL
