Mahle Pistons

Anybody used the power pack pistons in any of their builds. Would you recommend them for my 340 based 4" stroke motor?

They are a good piston. I prefer more valve relief like what icon pistons have but if you not going larger than 260@ .050 or milling the heads a bunch you should be OK.

I'm have not picked a cam yet but this is going a daily driver street car. It is not a max power effort. Looking for a wide power band with good torque still able to rev to 5800 or so.

i use the mahle forged pistons 12.000 miles no problems and I take it past 6500 plenty of times

Strong,light and good rings. They are not cheap but you get a very high quality piston for your money.
