manual brake pushrod

I have power disc on my 72 dart and want to go manual. Can I just put the master cylinder against the firewall with a manual pushrod. If so I need a push rod but I suppose I can get one at the salvage yard..

I got one I can sell yha and yes you need a manual master as well (or you can use the '74 power master with the smaller boar for better pedal feel).

The push rod I have I can get friday. Hows 20 sound?

I will let you know if I have any problem at the salvage yard finding what I need. Thanks for responding to my post and thanks for the info on the power master. This weekend I am going to pick up a 68 Barracuda I bought on EBAY. Wish me luck.
