I have a 1968 barracuda With out power steering but i also have a extra power steering set up. Would i have to change the columb or could i swap the ends?

No, just the steering shaft. And since a lot of folks want manual steering shafts, working out a trade if you don't have a power steering shaft should be a piece of cake.
Heck, I have one I'd trade you.
