Well I tried running my wornout leaf springs from my 68 Barracuda with the Caltracs in my 66 Dart race car.The car didn,t perform to well,lots of hopping and spinning off launch.I spent 3 days this weekend racing and adjusting and was still getting wheel spin(with new MT Dragradials 325/50/15).So today ordered the Monoleafs from Calvert,s.Is anybodyelse running this setup?Can you give me some info on your setup,preload setting?What,s working with your application?Any help will be appreaciated.Thanks
P.S At one point this weekend an old dodge drag racer was watching my car at launch.He said when I hit it off the line,all 4 tires came 6 inches off the ground(rearend wrap up)came down and wrapped up again(spinning).I got it adjusted from hopping,but still spinning.Car ran 11.30,s @115mph 60fts 1.61.The car still has lots left in it to run mid 10,s:toothy7:
