I’m sure there are multiple threads about this, but I took the advice of a couple of folks on here in regards to what color to use to replicate the proper dashboard black on my 1972 Plymouth duster 340. I was told that the spray can of SEM trim black number 39143 was a close match. It’s better than close, it’s a perfect match. Send the dashboard down and wiped it clean before applying three medium coats to the dashboard. I forgot to paint the dashboard door at the same time (too many beers at 11:00pm in the garage) but you can see the original factory paint and the new painted dashboard and you cannot get any closer
Just in case there is anybody out there that was curious how close the color match was. It’s absolutely perfect.
Thank you for everybody for the suggestion
