I put a topper in my battery.

Found the bosses on the topper around the posts reduced the depth and the bat clamps could not sit down enough.

I ended up using a hole saw and cutting the topper bosses off. The topper fit much better this way. The batt clamps hide the bidder hole.

Also there is a slightly wider batt clamps that you can buy so it fits the topper better

Dana: Do you know where you can get the slightly wider (about 1/4") battery hold down clamp for an A body? My new topper looks great, but the stock clamp is a bit too narrow. Thanks!
