Right now my Duster still has the factory 5 pin ECU with 4 pin ballast resistor. I have a 4 pin orange box ECU that was in another project but isn't being used at the moment, can I swap the orange box in without changing the 4 pin ballast? In the tech question in Mopar Action mag this month he says you can just wanted to confirm this before i did it.

Yes. Many posts on this. Most 5-pin ECU's sold today are really 4-pin type since the 5th pin is a "dummy" just there to not confuse buyers. A 4-pin ECU simply doesn't draw current thru the 5 ohm resistor in your dual ballast.

Well just swapped it in and took it for a drive. It feels so much better with the orange box. I had a hesitation when I stepped on the gas, now its gone. I know the carb needs some tuning yet (cause It has trouble starting when warm), but its so much better with the orange box.
