Drove over to Mopar Madness in Langley BC last weekend for their big Mopar show. It was my first time attending, although I didn't enter. Lots of neat Mopars, and definatly quite a few A bodies. But since the show was moved to a new location, and this was the first year for the new location, there were probably fewer Mopars there then normal. They also have a swap meet, but I didn't come home with anything. One guy tried to swindle me with 'I'll sell you 1 mirror for $25, or you can have both for $60!!' .. Ya.. usually you make the price for the pair less than the total for both? Anyways, here's the pics.

This one had a vinyl player inside, sitting on the tranny hump. Was this an option?

There was a 74 Charger like this, but silver paint, in Nanaimo for sale last year, and the owner was asking $70,000 .. Except the car was beat, rusty, and worn out. And had a 318.

Woohoo! A 66 Power Wagon! The owner was friendly, and gave me his # incase I ever need parts. He also informed me of how impossibly hard it is going to be to find a Fargo tail gate. :(

Yeah, thanks for posting the great pics, something for everyone at that show...I would kill for that black '67 Monaco fast top.

nice pics Mike!

yes that was my Demon at the show

Thanks for the pics, Mike.

Judging from the pic of the orange/black interior, did you cut your hair :-D ?

I remember that '71? Roadrunner from way back when I had my '71 Barracuda, around 1987-8. Was the owner named Ron Zapp? He had well over $50k into it over 20 years ago. Did it actually run, or was it just pushed off of the trailer? Our car club had to make a new rule because of that car. Your car had to run to be eligible to win. The one year he entered it, it didn't even have pistons in it :toothy10:. Still a kick *** car, tho.

I'm bummed, cause I had my dates mixed up. Thought that show was this coming weekend. :angry7:

Haha yeeppp chopped it all off, about 4 months ago. I used side cutters.. because I couldn't find any scissors.. uhh.. :sign10: ..

Anyways. I didn't ask much about the Roadrunner, but it sure had a lot of $$$ into it. That 64 (?) Polara with the Hemi was trailered to the show as well, it had a tow cable hooked up underneath and was last registered in 1990.

The Parksville Chrysler Mopar show is this weekend, so you still have a Mopar show you can attend! I'm skeptical about your Mopar show in Courtenay at the Chrysler, since last year they cancelled it and didn't tell anyone..

Come to the Parksville show though, I'm taking the truck.

awesome pics!! thank for sharing. the pic of the 58 reminded me that i have a 60 fargo shortbox sweptline in storage that i should get rid of one day

that demon looks reallly good!!!

I had to save that picture gold fish :happy10: My first MoPar dark blue 383 blue bucket's, I had to leave it in Illinois one winter and came back the next fall and she fired right up, took her out that week end and broke a motor mount :-D That Monaco would scream

Wow, great pics. Thanks for sharing.
Love the red -67 Fastback FS, I do believe it´s a 383 car?
Got any more pics of that one?

Thanks for sharing those awsome pics! All those cars are sweet looking and had to keep wiping the drool off the keyboard. I really liked the '71 B5 blue Super Bee that is for sale and the '73 Charger SE.

Justcuz,your Demon looks fantastic!
