Really enjoyed MATS again this year! Got a chance to meet Mtn Thunder and see his nice Dart (1st photos of white Dart). Missed meeting Charger70 'cause I was out parking cars in the show area - maybe next year. Anyway, enjoy the following pics of some really nice A-bodies:

This really nice Demon was chosen for a photo shoot by Mopar Muscle magazine. Check out some of the details on this beauty, especially the nice, subtle ghost flames on the hood.

These aren't A-bodies, but really nice. Check out the silver-gray vinyl roof on the red Charger - very striking color combo. The viper-red coronet was a killer with its 528 Hemi. And the Viper stripes looked very cool.

Unfortunately, I didn't even get to see any racing. Our club (Inland Mopars) took care of all of the show car parking so that kept us busy past noon on Friday and Saturday. We also had our 2009 Charity Raffle Car ('Plum Crazy' '70 Dart) on display in the vendor area and I spent the majority of my remaining time there answering questions about the car and how to purchase raffle tickets. I really wanted to get over to the racing but didn't make it this year.
I really hope to have my '69 Dart done and in the show field next year.

Yeah, I did too. I talked to the owner quite a bit about his car. He claims he only has $27K in the car - including the complete custom interior, bodywork, paint, engine, wheels, and all the metal polishing.
I heard other guys claim they had $20K invested just in their single-color paint!
